The spellslinger archetype has plenty of depths, with token decks, burn decks, and storm decks all comfortably falling within the limitations of extracting the most value from your instants and sorceries (with some modern cards including other noncreature spells), so theres a little something for everybody
You dont even need it in a red deck thanks to it not requiring a mana cost, and paying for a generic mana cost ahead of schedule is more than enough for the card to be good
Bilbo, Retired Burglar is perfect for this, as a 1/3 will slip past bigger blockers, and Bilbo even has a combat damage trigger on an opponent, creating a Treasure token
Then players open their second pack, repeating the above procedure, except this time passing cards to the right
