This isnt as good as some Common Red cards that can make something unable to block, because the set up is fairly significant, but when it can use that ability it will really open the floodgates on your opponent
Which leads me to Teferi, Temporal Archmage
Sarkhan being part of the dragon set was predicable, and Im sure some folks may not like that level of predictability: but he also opens up some options for building out dragon-based Jump Start decks
So I eventually came to terms with it being a necessary card and building accordingly
Its simply a convenient spot to put your experience counters, which can be represented with dice, glass beads, or other small items.
To make it even better, The Great Henge isnt just a late-game draw engine into an easy win
