A staple in competitive decks, this cards sheer amount of use is one of the reasons why mint copies are so hard to come across
It has Ninjutsu which reads "Return an unblocked attacker you control to your hand: Put this card into play from your hand tapped and attacking." It also has "pay 1 colorless and 1 black mana: Regenerate Ink- Eyes, Servant of Oni." 12
Keeping the Tiger is very enticing here because it's a play you can make right away and adds pressure to the board
It is weak with Snapcaster Mage but then delve is also weak against Remand and with Snapcaster
Maybe the problem isn't tapping out for Jace, the Mind Sculptor on Turn 4 but the deck that figures out the way to pick apart all of your resources, empty your hand with Thoughtseize and Mana Leaks, and then stick a Jace, the Mind Sculptor on Turn 8 to fateseal you into oblivion
This process tends to thicken the card, as it's quite difficult to split a card exactly in half
