I personally find the best approach is to take my lumps in that matchup, and instead try to be the best I can be against Izzet Murktide, Azorius Control, Urzas Saga decks and small creature decks
You could write a book on counterspells (Counterspell stops everything, Remand for tempo-draw if your opponents tend to play large spells themselves, Daze if you need the speed, Dispel is crazy good at protecting your stuff, etc)) We've also got nutty bounce spells like Echoing Truth, the classic Unsummon, and the mother of everything: the Cryptic Command Since we're red I am somewhat perplexed that we aren't running 4x Lightning Bolt
Despite costing 3 mana, theres only 1 black pip in its mana cost, making it easily accessible to any black deck, and then you simply get to find any card you want from your deck and put it into your hand without any fuss
You get to do this right away too because he has haste
Short of countering whatever shenanigans you're doing to bring it back, there's not much your opponent can do to prevent sacrificing three creatures
Ingredients My starting point for these decks is generally the flavor text of cards, but I was surprised to discover via a Scryfall search that there isnt a single card with both Chandras and Nissas names in italics
