Legendary Decks II made it a lot easier to get The Black Stone of Legend and Invasion: Vengeance had new cards for both Red-Eyes specifically and that generally helps Gemini monsters like Red-Eyes Black Flare Dragon

Cyber Serpent isn't strictly necessary for the deck but if you own a set I would highly recommend trying it out (replace some of the Barrage/Storm copies) as it can greatly accelerate your early game deck milling and give occasional extra draws
