One of the most famous of these cards, Faithless Looting, reads: Draw two cards, then discard two cards. At 1 Red mana, Faithless Looting remains a staple in quite a lot of decks, and is banned in Modern literally because it fueled so many Graveyard style decks

Note that when phasing, the Oblivion Ring does not lose its connection to the exiled cards

On its reverse side, youll find the brilliant and equally iconic cover of Venom: Lethal Protector #1 , by Mark Bagley, in playable (if not particularly legible) form as an MTG card

That alone would justify its inclusion in a dice deck, but the other effects it gains on leveling up make it even better

If anything, it serves as a testament to how sought-after the Elven Empire deck really is
