this could be from cards like Toothy, Imaginary Friend and Kianne, Corrupted Memory that grow whenever you draw cards or from those like Psychosis Crawler and Tishana, Voice of Thunder whose power and toughness are equal to the number of cards in your hand

Locations even have their own Lore Values, but we dont yet know if this means they can quest on their own, or just augment how Characters on them do it instead
