You need blink and mill, and if you have enough of a setup to get value off this there are much better things you can do than big Orc
I'd argue that Y'shtola falls in the "too strong" category and not a fan of how power-creepy it is, but it's hard to deny that this will excite a lot of players who like obviously powerful commanders
