Elizabeth has new growth that is bright red and very vivid with the older foliage turning maroon. The color holds well into the summer even in hot climates. Elizabeth is fast growing when young, but will slow down when older staying very compact. Originated as a witchs broom mutation, giving it that dense, bushy appearance. Prefers sun partial shade in well drained
