On the nose, a few dance steps with the glass reveal its intensity. Yellow fleshed, rounded fruit accompanies the coconut notes on a bed of caramel. The palate is just as appetising with its candied fruit, with a roasted air. Domaine De Pellehaut Reserve Chardonnay should be enjoyed with grilled white meats, a fine cheese platter or dessert.
