Volume seven documents the 230 paintings, and studies for paintings, that Ed Ruscha made between 2004 and 2011. The work of this period extends various earlier series, including the mountain paintings, several of which now incorporate texts from Jack Kerouacs novel On the Road. Other important works take decay, waste, and
