There is a really lovely sense of underlying tension suffusing the much more mineral-driven middle weight flavors that are not quite as rich but notably more precise on the chiseled and wonderfully refined finish

giving the wine all the weight and massiveness of its two younger siblings

Otherwise there is excellent volume to the equally muscular big-bodied flavors that are richer but don't quite have the same sense of underlying tension before terminating in a palate coating and quite firmly structured finish that delivers terrific length

and what must be nearly 14-15% natural alcohol
