Zero dosage. Disgorged July 2025. "BBF" is short for Blanc de Blancs lev un Fts, meaning the wine has been fermented and aged in oak casks. This is a Crmant with amplitude and minerality; dry, nutty, appley, and stony. Always a standout cuve from Tissot. Bravo!
