Antiquum Farm 'Daisy' Pinot Gris, Willamette Valley, USA 2023 SLO Down Wines Very solidThis is what Willamette Valley Pinot Gris is supposed to taste like! From an organically farmed vineyard south of Salem, it's fermented and aged 50 50 in stainless steel and older French oak with 5 months on the lees. Delivers a fascinating yin yang of deep richness (ripe fruit, lees) and zesty freshness (zippy acids, crunchy fruit). Green plum, peach and lime fruit picks up a touch of spice from barrel to go along with lovely floral accents.
