We collaborated with some friends to produce 20 custom hybrid onggis with a water lock for our high end kimchi kit. Each beautiful fermentor utilizes a water lock to ferment vegetables without the need for a plastic airlock. Each onggi is large enough to make 1 2 gallon of kimchi at a time and dishwasher safe! Comes with the iconic pink gloves that thousands of Korean households have used to make
