It is one of only a couple handful of models the company made in solid 14K gold. Unlike most other manufacturers, solid gold wristwatches were a true rarity for Illinois. Its curved inner bezel is especially attractive and non traditional, and its lugs have a greated faceted design. Its Art Deco design is a bit suggestive of the glittering elegance associated with 1930's
