Ojo De Dios Joven Mezcal 42% abv 70cl Pinot Noir Try it in a NegroniAn artisinal mezcal from Ojo de Dios (which translates at 'Gods eye'), produced from Espadin agave. This here is a Joven bottling, so after the agave is roasted for around 10 days and double distilled, it's bottled up without any ageing, packed full of fresh fruit, grassy agave and fragrant smoke.
